About [mono]seum Kirar Nulla
At Kirar Nulla Family Farm, a restored 1950s public telephone booth has been retired from public service and promoted to keeper of small mysteries.
Set within a 33-acre regenerative landscape near Woodford, Queensland, [mono]seum Kirar Nulla is an art museum for one: a tiny, intimate space for pause, curiosity and encounter. Once designed for calls between people, the booth now invites a different kind of communication — with place, memory, imagination and the more-than-human world.
Each exhibition is experienced alone, allowing the visitor to step briefly out of the ordinary and into a concentrated moment of attention. The scale is small, but the invitation is expansive: to notice, to wonder, and to be changed, even slightly, by what is held inside.
[mono]seum Kirar Nulla forms part of the evolving story of Kirar Nulla Family Farm — a place of landscape restoration, creative experiment, seasonal abundance and quiet discovery.
